Website Objectives

• To develop a website for the Manchester based band
• Give a taste of what the band offers with options to listen to their music and view an image gallery of performances

The Caroline Morgan Band performs at numerous venues all over the country in such places as Ruthin Castle in Wales, Arley Hall and Gardens, The Lowry Hotel in the North West and even down to the Cotswolds. They can appear with a line up from a quarter up to an octet, or just as a duo/trio depending on your needs.

An easy to use content management system was needed to enable the band to edit the site in-house and add new tour dates, photos and content to the site.

We gave an atmospheric overall feel to the web design, with a black background coupled with red elements and a mosaic of black and white photography, really drawing the site's visitors into what The Caroline Morgan Band offer.

We used Joomla to build the website which is a flexible and easy to use content management system, allowing updates to be made with little or no web development knowledge. It is important for the band to keep their site updated with their tour plans to allow fans of the band to see where they are playing.

Providing audio, photography and video from the band's performances gives visitors a taste of what they offer, and encourages them to come and see the band play live.
