Ellesmere Property Group specialise in offering their investor clients exclusive overseas property investments in select regions throughout the world, and needed a site to reflect their services. With many firms out there offering routes to 'make a quick buck', Ellesmere Property Group take a longer term view to investment, as they aim to offer their clients a safe and secure investing environment, with a personal touch.

EPG wanted their website to look warm and inviting for potential investors, following on from existing brand marketing they have in place. The images are the main focal point on the pages and they reflect the aspiration of investors with quality lifestyle photography.

Part of the brief was to keep the main page within the browser window and only use scrolling within a text box, which coupled with the inviting imagery, helps give the impression of a postcard. Sometimes using blue on a site can be cold by itself but by adding the warm holiday images the site is given a whole new feel, and the blue appears to feel like the warm sea.

The Ellesmere Property Group logo shows a seed growing which directly relates to property investment and helps emphasise brand messages.
